How Do I Apply For A Home?
Directions to our office: We are located on Interstate 35 in Moore Oklahoma at Exit #117 (4th St) on the Northbound I-35 service road.
Our office is located inside of another business called Garden Ponds Unlimited.
Hours of operation: Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
There is an after hours drop box located at the front of our building.

We only show homes to qualified tenants for the protection of our existing tenants and employees. If you are interested in an available rental, you must first submit a rental application. Once your application is approved, we will schedule a time to show you the home.
Incomplete applications cannot be processed, therefore it is important to complete your application in its entirety.
Our application fee is $20.00 per applicant paid via cash or money order. Application fee must be paid at the time you submit your application.
A valid state issued I.D. of every potential tenant that intends to occupy a home that is over the age of 18 years must be submitted with each application. We have homes for rent in OKC and houses for rent in Blanchard, Moore, Purcell, Del City, Midwest City, Oklahoma City etc. Contact us today.
